This time, the spotlight was on the rich cultural heritage of African countries. For context, the first event in the series, dedicated to Pakistan, took place in October.

The African-themed event attracted over 100 participants. At NU, Africa is represented by 75 students, 17 faculty members, and 24 research assistants.

This time, the focus was on Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and The Gambia, the countries whose students and staff contributed to showcasing their unique cultural traditions, including music, dance, cuisine, and much more.

Guests enjoyed live performances, traditional dances, and musical numbers, immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of African culture. The event offered an excellent opportunity for attendees to learn more about the traditions and history of African countries while also experiencing the spirit of unity and friendship that prevails on our campus.
